Reserving your home
To reserve your new home and have it taken off the market, you’ll need a reservation deposit of £1000 (or £500 if using the Help to Buy scheme).
To start the reservation process, you’ll need to come down to the marketing suite. Please bring with you:
· Proof of exchange deposit/proof of purchase funds in your account
· Driving license or your passport (for non-UK citizens also a copy of valid visa)
· Proof of your address (from a recent utility bill or bank statement)
Prior to reservation, you will be asked to get qualified by our recommended broker in order to assess your affordability*.
